Ian was the same way: he only started using his new skill to actually explore about 2 months after he started crawling. And even now that he goes looking for mischief, he isn't into all the things that I expected. So that is my advice: don't go crazy overboard with baby-proofing until you know what he will be getting into. Keep a close eye on him at first and baby-proof accordingly.
hey, he's doing pretty good!! good luck with that baby-proofing!! it seems like it all gets moved just out of reach, and suddenly they learn how to pull themselves to a standing position!! sigh. your little boy is adorable!
We are Ben, Megan, Russel, Tucker and Aly. Megan is the keeper of this blog.
We are a little silly, a little crazy, a little rough around the edges. We are serious about trying to be better every day and we're learning along the way. We love each other, we love our family and friends, and most of all we love Christ and our Heavenly Father.
Let's all enjoy the journey!

He is so cute in his little red jammies, too!
Before you know it he will be walking! I love this age though. Boys are so mischievious!

That's so exciting! It sure changes the way you decorate, though, huh? :)
